The Jets AAA is a
spring and summer hockey program that attends
several of the nations top AAA tournaments.
The Jets staff and scouts try to put
together the most competitive teams possible to
compete at these tournaments. Our scouts
evaluate many youth players and games
through-out the year to identify the right
players for this program.
We have teams
that participate at various levels through-out
the spring and summer season. We also offer
many different types of clinics that will meet
the needs of every player whether you are a mite
or Jr. player. Our goal is to guide and develop
each individual player and prepare them for
their hockey future. Many of our players have
gone on to play college hockey and several
players are beginning their pro careers as
well. Each team will be treated as if it was
the Hurricanes Jr. B Team with
website access, articles regarding tournament
results and a player roster page. We expect
each player to have the same dedication and
discipline as the Jr. Hurricanes players
have. Last year our 93 team competed in many
tournaments through-out North America and they
even took a trip to Sweden. They competed in
the Stockholm International Tournament
and competed against teams from Canada, Finland
and Sweden in a 14 day European Tour. They
finished the year as runners up in the Hub
Cup Bantam AAA Tournament held in
August. Several of those players are currently
playing on Jr. B Teams up north and are having
great success.
We have teams that play in
AAA tournaments such as the Warrior Meltdown
(Montreal), North American Prospects Showcase
(NAPS, Rochester, NY), Jr. Chowder Cup
(Walpole, MA), Hub Cup (Bridgewater, MA),
Sr. Chowder Cup, Mini Chowder Cup,
and Pre-Draft Showcase (Walpole,
MA). We have attended the Prospects
Tournament (Toronto), The New England
College Development Tournament (NECDL,
Hingham, MA) in the past and have done very well
at these prestigious tournaments.
Most of the Jets
players have been invited to play after being
scouted by one of our staff members or we may
use several well trusted sources that have
recommended players as well. There are plenty
of talented players that we dont get a chance
to evaluate and if you think you can compete,
